What's your SELF-IMAGE?
No matter what we know about nutrition, exercise, and other health lifestyles, if our mind, our self-image, tells us otherwise -- that it's expected we get weaker as we age, that chronic disease will get the better of us, that a condition we already have is winning, or any other thought of disease or infirmity -- then we could very well end up sick, succumb to what we already have, or otherwise be unhealthy.
A simple example is how many fear getting wet in the rain. I never had that fear, and as a bicycle commuter I've been through drizzles and drenches. I never got sick because of those. Yet, many others think that they will suffer a cold if they get wet in the rain... and so they do.
Attached is the classic work, Psycho Cybernetics by Maltz. (I had to break it up into two parts because it was more than 1 MB.) It can be one of the bases for making our minds control our health and our life, by changing our self-image in as little as 21 days.
I hope it helps everyone.
