I'm 80 this year and NEVER a sign of brain fog. I've been taking Grape Seed Extract for decades and here is a Beginner's Guide to this Miracle Grape supplement.

https://www.dietspotlight.com/grapeseed-extract/

The real reason I got on it back in 1995, we were told MAY prevent cancer(s)...now many cancer research centers are using it in their research.

It's a true miracle in my opinion.

Here is a good link on brain and life extension.

JT, you can also consider Ginkgo Biloba. Among other things, it helps brain fog, thinking, used to prevent and lesson dementia, as research has shown that ginkgo biloba extract is able to increase blood vessel dilation and stimulate blood flow to extremities in the body, including the brain.

Recommended dosage is to start with 120 mg building up to 210 mg.

I've done some reading over the years that G.B. has fallen out of grace in the supplement world. I think I took some many yrs ago and stopped.

The most common cause of brain fog and cognitive decline is underactive thyroid function.

So it's always best to check thyroid function with a full thyroid blood profile including the likes of Reverse T3. A basal body temperature test at home is also a very good way of crudely diagnosing hypothyroidism.

I would try this method called Brain Wave Vibration - it only takes 10 minutes and I sometimes go to a quiet room in my office during work and clear my brain fog.

There's a routine here that really helps me:

I was reading info by Dr. Bredesen and began buying them all that he suggested. Autophagy with fasting is good. Keto. Salmon. Mcts all help the brain. No blue lights after dusk. B1? Also organic green coffee berry. I take a pill form and tincture. Along with many others. Green tea. Omega 3. Pre and pro-biotics. Phosphatylcholine.(sp) Topical Magnesium as well as trace minerals. Etc. He does look at hormone levels as well
