What are Best Supplement for Brain Fog?
I've done some reading over the years that G.B. has fallen out of grace in the supplement world. I think I took some many yrs ago and stopped.JT, you can also consider Ginkgo Biloba. Among other things, it helps brain fog, thinking, used to prevent and lesson dementia, as research has shown that ginkgo biloba extract is able to increase blood vessel dilation and stimulate blood flow to extremities in the body, including the brain.
Recommended dosage is to start with 120 mg building up to 210 mg.
Im gonna give it a try!! thanks.I'm 80 this year and NEVER a sign of brain fog. I've been taking Grape Seed Extract for decades and here is a Beginner's Guide to this Miracle Grape supplement.

The real reason I got on it back in 1995, we were told MAY prevent cancer(s)...now many cancer research centers are using it in their research.
It's a true miracle in my opinion.
Here is a good link on brain and life extension.
