Kratom?

I've been reading some great stories about Kratom having some results when used to control chronic pain or withdrawal from addiction. Has anyone here have any more information or any first hand experience from Kratom use?

I have read on multiple sites about this herb. I would not use it. There are no reported true health benefits. It does not nourish, it does not detox, it does not heal. It is potentially addictive and it is mind altering as it binds to opiod receptor sites, it can reduce pain but then addiction becomes an issue.

Any drug that binds to opiod receptor sites will not cure addiction. Many drug users turn to methadone clinics to deal with their drug addiction. It is a joke. This herb nor methadone will cure addiction. It is just substituting one addiction for another. Stay away from it.
