Shedding in my poo? (with a pic this time) WTF is that?

Okay.. so ive complained on here before about what seems like intestinal shedding in my poo.. its not every time.. seemed to have started a few months ago.. comes and goes.. seems to coincide with irritation in my GI tract of some sort.. anyway, the past 2 days ive noticed some definite discomfort in my system, some mild acid refluxy stuff + burping a lot + lots of gas.. What could have caused this increase? Well, I drank some sake a few nights ago, I started taking a broad spectrum probiotic, and yesterday I ate a little bit of tomato which I have been avoiding as I believe/d it was causing me some runny poo..

Okay well I was having bad gas all afternoon.. normally I go poo in the morning but I felt like I could go tonight so I went.. and wow.. I have to say this is the most of this apparent shedding or whatever it is I have seen yet.. its pretty worrying but thankfully in general I feel okay minus the gas/GI symptoms. It's a bit scary.. Has anyone ever heard or seen something like this before?

Okay here's the pic https://img710.imageshack.us/img710/7660/img0516si.jpg This is not toilet paper.. this is what came out of me! I took pictures before I wiped.. (sorry I know its gross but you have to see it to understand)

Ive started taking BioKult which is a potent probiotic https://www.protexin.com/products/bio-kult-30-capsules/17.. and im seeing an Ayurvedic doctor and I will be doing a 3 day cleanse on monday which includes special oil enema's.. I started taking some herbs/mild laxative/strengethning type stuff and am on a no meat/dairy/spice diet to prepare for the cleanse.

Well, it might be mucous, which I see quite often, and I never have seen that much, and it does not quite look right to me.

Either that, or it is some lining from the intestinal tract, and I have never seen that happen before.

I would show your doctor. It is certainly not something I have ever encountered.

You might have some type of bowel or intestinal disease. I have Crohn's and what you have going on is not normal. Do you ever have any blood in the stool?

Hmm okay.. no thankfully I have never noticed blood in the stool.. not even once. Although I have had a lot of poo's that are more green then brown...

Ive tried to fine pictures similar online but cant really.. often times what people say is mucous.. looks more like actual mucous and not like what I have.. I did find one pic that was sort of similar.. but not to the same level at all... that guy believed he had parasties/worms and took a bunch of anti-parasitic/anti-worm drugs and claimed he got better..

Ive had some messed up GI stuff going on for a solid 2 years now.. but if my memory serves my right, I never noticed this kind of thing until after I got back from Japan / after having salmonella.. so.. either I still have some kind of lingering infection from that trip (5 months later) or potentially a parasite of some kind.. or maybe its just messed up bacterial count..

Digestive issues ive encountered over the last year:
Bloating, Lots of Foul Gas, Some mild acidy/refluxy sypmtoms, Occasional very mild twinges in intestines, [Green Poo, Liquid Poo, Heavy sinking poo, Hard knobbly poo, Floating Poo, Pellet like Poo]

General Symptoms over past 2 years:
Started with anxiety, noticed bloating around lower right side (illocecal valve/begin of large intestine) pertty bad at times, got the flu really bad, started having panic attacks which quickly snow balled into full blown panic disorder, then developed 'prostatitis' and pelvic floor problems, ended up taking a bunch of antibiotics.. since then ive slowly gotten better in a lot of ways.. no more panic attacks, generally much more calm, practically normal/pre issues.. not really any prostate issues anymore, not bad anyway, although my libido isnt quite what it once was.. digestive issues are my number 1 issue at the moment. Ive tried changing my diet, no gluten/cows dairy/spicy food, and try to eat organic as much as possible.. seems to have helped a little bit but still things are not normal. I think I was having some bloating issues in that area first, but then the antibiotics really messed me up and I havent recovered 100% since then.. oh ive also had low blood pressure at times.. slighlty low body temp.. various other issues like that.

Anyone else seen anything like it?

I've never seen anything like it. I've seen mucus and lots of parasite photos online, but nothing like that. It does look very much like TP, if it were me, I'd be very concerned and have it checked out, not normal at all.

Thanks for the info guys.. yea I did a little bit of research before.. definitely seems like rapid transit time is a mainstay for my issue.. id say my poo is green more then half the time.. I just went this afternoon, and took another pic :D haha https://img691.imageshack.us/img691/4404/img0523ck.jpg as you can see, today there is none of the weird shedding stuff.. but the poo is pretty green..

Maybe there's an issue with my small intestine.. and probably a bacterial dysbiosis in my large intestine.. apparently the small intestine only has small amounts of bacteria and the large intestine is supposed to have a lot.. but i think sometimes too much bacteria overgrows in the small intestine (https://www.medicinenet.com/small_intestinal_bacterial_overgrowth/article.htm) .. I know I did a stool test months ago that showed low bifidbacter and low lactobacilii levels..

But.. if the small intestine isnt supposed to have too much bacteria in it.. then if we take probiotics by mouth, surely we are overloading the small intestine with bacteria? Isnt the main goal to get the probiotics to the colon/large intestine?? Why not just do probiotic enemas? And maybe take coconut oil by mouth every day to reduce levels of bacteria/esp. bad ones in the small intestine?

Overloading the small and large intestines with good symbiotic bacteria is not a bad thing. It might even improve things by eliminating the bad pathogens it that same area.

I understand

You have written before and I suggested bentonite clay/activated charcoal and detoxing your liver. The reason I did this is because I had the exact same problem and it was due to toxins. Did you try researching bentonite clay and all of its benefits????? It will take at least 1-2 months and you will start seeing great results. Why aren't you doing this????

Moxsum, you need to slow your transit time down for a couple days to see if your poo turns brown. I just remembered, you live in CA. Go to an tacareia or something and load up. Also eat some cheese. The green is wierd.
