Default Sinus Infection Tied to Sugar Intake

I seem to be more susceptible to sinus infections than most people, but I am especially vulnerable when I increase my sugar intake. During the holidays, I find sweets irresistible. The air is a lot drier in colder weather, and that accounts for some of the susceptibility, but I detected a definite yeast smell a few days ago, at the outset of this infection. The symptoms are unmistakable: yellow-colored discharge, pressure and pain in the head and face, low-grade fever.
What can I do? Antibiotics have failed to be very effective in the past, and doctors are not extremely open-minded in considering alternative therapies.

95% of all sinus infection is due to fungus. (yeast)

Antibiotics won't work because they are made from mold, which is a fungus.

If you want to eliminate this problem, first you have to eliminate sugar, since it feeds fungus, and second, take some good natural antifungals, such as coconut oil, grapefruit seed oil, etc., and use a good nasel spray that is made from olive leaf extract, such as this product:

I have recently had great success with MMS1. After suffering for 50 years with the same problems as you. For the first time I can breath through my nose and I don't have the stuffed up feeling. I feel grrrrrreat.

I agree with Pinballdoctor (yet again) on this. Similar things happen to me. The sinus is the hardest part of the body to cure, when it comes to fungus. In your situation, you might find Candida to be the number one fungus with this reaction. Here is a very good article and maintenance routine for Candida. https://www.askshelley.com/faq.php?p=default&cat=43

Even if it is not Candida, fungus can be destroyed gradually and maintained by the methods described in that link.

Coconut oil is something you will want to research. https://www.coconutdiet.com/candida.htm

And colloidal silver. Even if your infection is not fungi, colloidal silver will work. https://redmondfamily.com/Olive%20and...oidal%20Silver

Here is something that helped me. You can find this product elsewhere, probably at lower price. https://www.modernherbalist.com/products/sf722.html
