Antibiotics won't work because they are made from mold, which is a fungus.
If you want to eliminate this problem, first you have to eliminate sugar, since it feeds fungus, and second, take some good natural antifungals, such as coconut oil, grapefruit seed oil, etc., and use a good nasel spray that is made from olive leaf extract, such as this product:
