Please can anyone advise me how I should carry my MMS and activator on a plane? I leave tomorrow and have been unable to find the answer. I have a 5.5oz bottle (too big for hand luggage) and want to know if it is safe in the checked luggage?

The biggest requirement for storage of MMS is cool, dark place. Baggage is stored in cool, dark place.

If you want to carry on to the passenger compartment you need a 2 ounce or less size bottle. Go to a drug store and puchase a couple of minni shampoos. They are sized for air travel. empty them and use those.
