Despite I hang around a lot on this forum, I'm living a very unhealthy life:

Smoke again after 6-month quit
I'm a night owl
No exercise at all, sit in front of my computer all the time.
Eat irregularly.

It's time to make a change.

Does this blog add-on make any sense? The difference between forum and blog IMO:

- Forum is a public place for discussions.

- Blog is a personal space, more like a diary. I can write anything I like, for visitors, for my friends, or for myself only.

vBulletin team created this blog tool, it's integrated well with the forum and seems easy to use, just like posting a forum message.
