I have been getting most of my supplements either from Trader Joes or Swansons. I think I remember reading that Trader Joes checks to make sure their products have in them what they say they do. Do you know if Swanson makes the same claim? (edit: Oops, I see in the article that Swanson does guarantee and test their potencies. I guess one of their chondroitin products came up short, however.)

I was disheartened to see the Karuna chondroitin on the bad list. They make the progesterone cream I have been using. It looks like a couple of phone calls are in order.

I've been using the NOW Foods brand of chondroitin which I think/hope is as potent as they claim. It's also quite affordable.
