Default Breast Cancer and Bras

An interesting article about the effect of bras as a cuase of breast cancer.

https://www.healingcancernaturally.co...mph-nodes.html

One paragraph from the article:

But the most startling statistic was that three out of four women who wore their daytime bras to sleep contracted breast cancer. So did one out [of] seven women strapped into a bra more than 12 hours a day. Bra-free women have just a one in 168 chance of being diagnosed with breast cancer, says Singer. The same as bra-free men.

ugh.. who would wear their bra to bed?

I don't know any women that even want to. It is enough you have to wear the booby trap all day..

The article makes sense but if it was that large a study, why not a more scientific paper?

This is all well-and-good but where's the study comparing men's risk of testicular cancer based upon their underwear type? If I can extrapolate, based on the bra-study, I'd say men should avoid wearing Speedo-underpants.

do you have the same type of lymph nodes that would be affected?

you can't really extrapolate anyway... do you ever see this part of the male anatomy displayed on the cover of swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated? Do you see 50 different styles of speedo underwear designed to push and pull that part of the anatomy to create different illusions to feed the imagination of the opposite sex?

can't really extrapolate..

from the article
Quote:
IF YOU MUST WEAR A BRA:
Push-up and sports bras are out. Choose loose-fitting cotton bras. Make sure you can slip two fingers under the shoulder-straps and side-panels. The higher the side-panels, the more severe the restriction of major lymph nodes. Don't wear this disastrous device to sleep. Take it off at home. Massage your breasts every time you remove your bra. Sing your lymphatics into health -- or at least breathe deeply.
the problem with this is that the women that wear the most binding bra would be the women least likely to do this. and it has nothing to do with your age (and condition of breasts). I am a double D (no, I am not doubleD on HSI ).. and there is no way that I could go without a bra in public. well, I could if I didn't have to walk. But there is no way to walk without a bra without "jiggle".. something that is quite noticeable ... something that you DON'T WANT to be that noticeable.

so.. this is not realistic, unless you are small breasted.

and, sports bras.. my goodness, the name of the game is "bind the boobs". If you don't and you run or jump.. you are in PAIN. so, this guy definitely hasn't "bounced" far enough in a woman's shoes at the gym, or he wouldn't say "sports bras are out". yeah, right.

Apparently in countries where women do NOT wear bras to restrict their breasts and natural movement there is NO breast cancer.

That makes sense to me, so now I only wear a bra when it is absolutely essential, and I take it off the minute I get indoors if I have had to wear one when I go out.

Its the fashion industry and our personal vanity that dictates so many things that do us harm...natural is best I guess......just food for thought!!
