Judie,
I checked out the links.
On the first link ... I'm in agreement on many of the proposed causes (or possible contributors) to (some) cancers. Therefore, I'm also in agreement on taking steps to address those possible causative influences (reducing stress, reducing exposure to toxins, supporting one's immune function, etc.).
The thing I'm not certain about is whether the products, that they highlight, are the best substances to address these risk-factors.
The same goes for the second link. I've actually heard of this product being promoted on the radio, on the Bob Marshall program. I don't know how legit it is. I'm sorry I couldn't offer anything more definitive than that.
I take quite a few supplements. Some of them supposedly have anti-cancer properties. I generally don't take a supplement for just one reason however.
For instance, I use IP6 (with some added inositol). I use it as an anti-cancer agent but also because it may reduce calcium deposits in my arteries, it may act to chelate heavy metals from my system and other purported health benefits.
Is it working? I hope so.
https://www.inocell.com/ This link provides some background on this supplement combo.
Personally, I just buy the
Jarrow brand IP6 and the
Now Foods inositol and save some money in the process. I take this combination several times a week, on most weeks.
