Default Electric current kills cancer cells

DC electricity can be applied to the skin above a tumor to kill it if it is within 1.5" of the skin. That is because the main action of the electric current is to cause the tissue closest to the positive electrode to become more acid and therefore destroy the cancerous tissue. For deeper tumors injectable needle electrodes have to be inserted. That is more "intrusive" but in 30 minutes the cancer tissue between the electrodes will die.
