I was already aware of this, yes it is downright scary.
But you have to love the name. Security and Prosperity Partnership What could be a more peaceful title, what could sound friendlier, and yet in reality be anything but? This union will have sovereignty over all members countries. Our constitution then becomes a second rate document and subservient to the new union. As you learn more about this it is obvious why our borders have not been closed. |

An equivalent already exists
An equivalent already exists: The European Union. (Though some things still need ironing out.)
Bible prophecy reveals this, or something that arises out of it, to be the last prophesied resurrection of the Roman Empire -- the "King of the North" who will attack and destroy the "King of the South" (Iran?) who would push at him in the "time of the end." It won't be the Roman Empire as long as the UK (Ephraim) is still in it. But the UK is clearly on its way out of the EU. 8) Gerry |

My in-laws who live in Canada say that soon, they will be required to have visas to enter the US. I don't know if it will be reciprocal for US residents. Anything about this?

My in-laws who live in Canada say that soon, they will be required to have visas to enter the US?
If this goes through, no they will not need a visas, because Canada, the US, and Mexico will cease to be sovereign nations. The following are highlights taken from an article by Jerome R. Corsi at https://www.humaneventsonline.com/art...t=yes&id=14965 he adds a little more insight into the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America plan. President Bush is pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. Secretly, the Bush administration is pursuing a policy to expand NAFTA politically, setting the stage for a North American Union designed to encompass the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. What the Bush administration truly wants is the free, unimpeded movement of people across open borders with Mexico and Canada. President Bush intends to abrogate U.S. sovereignty to the North American Union, a new economic and political entity which the President is quietly forming, much as the European Union has formed. The blueprint President Bush is following was laid out in a 2005 report entitled "Building a North American Community" published by the left-of-center Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). What is the plan? Simple, erase the borders. The plan is contained in a "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" little noticed when President Bush and President Fox created it in March 2005: The perspective of the CFR report allows us to see President Bush's speech to the nation as nothing more than public relations posturing and window dressing. No wonder President Vincente Fox called President Bush in a panic after the speech. How could the President go back on his word to Mexico by actually securing our border? Not to worry, President Bush reassured President Fox. The National Guard on the border were only temporary, meant to last only as long until the public forgets about the issue, as has always been the case in the past. Why doesnt President Bush just tell the truth? His secret agenda is to dissolve the United States of America into the North American Union. The administration has no intent to secure the border, or to enforce rigorously existing immigration laws. Securing our border with Mexico is evidently one of the jobs President Bush just won't do. If a fence is going to be built on our border with Mexico, evidently the Minuteman Project is going to have to build the fence themselves. [Politicians and diapers need to be changed for the same reasons.] |

The tiny democratic nation of Costa Rica has a simple law that states: No politition can succeed himself/herself. This includes ALL levels of government. Think about the implications of a law like this in North America. It would never be implemented, but it's fun to speculate. 8) |

Polititians!
Some fella called me yesterday for a phone survey on
the soon-to-be-elections, for my opinions on the candidates, and for whom would I vote if held tomorrow. It was long and fairly thorough. I just plain out told him, that I'd be voting for the Democrats, or possibly a 3rd party candidate if a good one presents him/herself but no Republicans in any office - locally or nationally

Hey earlybird,
We can both stay home in the next election because we would exactly cancell each other. I have become increasingly disgusted with democrat politicians starting with Truman--he formed the genesis for problems in the far East. Moving foreward democrat politicians (I'm not talking about the general public) have repeatedly done things that greatly harm our country as expediancy for political advantage, no exception. But today is even the worse. Aside from whether or not one agrees with the war(s) going on at present, we do have troops on the ground. And clearly the democrats have been working hard trying to bring about failure simply for their own immediate political advantage and to hell with the consequences for the troops and the country. I was totally involved and in areas of action for the entirety of WW2 and at no time did I ever hear that republicans were behaving as democrats are today and constantly ever since Korea. I keep thinking that, had the republicans behaved like most of today's democrat politicians, we could have been living in the following world: No England, No France etc., nothing but a swastika flying everywhere in the world --including Washington D.C.!! My main problem with today's republicans is that many of them --when they got into power-- started behaving like democrats in terms of spending practices. We badly need term limits and less government at all levels. And I think that Ruby should take on that task precisely because she is NOT a politician. And, finally, Earlybird, regarding your views, I have no ill feelings toward you at all. None.

I am the son of a nationally prominent polititian, who was also a nationally prominant labor leader. "We' were democrats. I grew up in the inside of the bubble where the entire world was black/white. (Us against them) I speak from experience when I state that there are NO good polititians! Oh, all right, I'll back off and admit that there are some who join the party, run for office, with noble ambitions, but they ALL get corrupted in a hurry. I don't have the magic formula to correct this problem, otherwise you'd be calling me Mr. President We just have to live with the situation and try to pick the candidate who will do the LEAST damage during his/her term of office. Forget party labels...cheering sections, etc. etc. etc. Seems rather sh*tty, but it is still the best system invented so far. I'm not going to move in the near future! GOD bless America! |

So Donee,
Tell, me. I can see your kind of a patriotic type guy. What do you think about President Bush signing agreements with Canada and Mexio without discussing them with the public or congress or the senate? I thought, in my delusions of democracy, that public policy was discussed publically and voted on myself. Arrow |

Hi Arrowwind,
Re: Quote:
frequently does things that require subsequent ratification in order to take effect. Unfortunately, Goebells is alive and well here in the U.S. so I don't know what to believe. For some reason (I don't remember what made me develop the habit) I only believe--without reservation--that which I actually hear a person say. 'Seems to me that there is a whole lot of disinformation going on out there So I can't answer your question at this time.
