I just discovered this site about Hyperacidity, and just had to share it. It might raise the odd laugh, or an eyebrow depending on your take
.

The rediculous notion you should pay so much for this herbal stuff, that supposedly does what Antacids do.
Here's a good list of things I think could, should or are meant to work, according to my understanding of current thinking on this condition.
Avoiding stress.
Avoid Aspirin ingestion if Aspirin causes this.
Not eating Citrus Fruits with Cereals, (incompatability of the digestive factors, involved with both food types).
Drinking more Water.
Eating more alkaline foods like Fruits and Vegetables, to counteract or prevent a Hyperacidic flare up or attack.
Supposedly a glass of Milk works as a good way to control an attack.
Cutting down on Spicey foods.
I also like the way the site says the stuff works with content or ingredients, some people don't want you to know about. I don't think any of the ingredients are listed on the main page.
Got to call this site into serious question, and the expensive and probably pretty pointless stuff they're hawking.
