Default Cold, Seasonal Flu and H1N1 Symptoms

'just me' sent me this PDF file, it's a nicely-created graph about the differences between cold, seasonal flu and h1n1 symptoms. It's hard for me to make this graph too, so I just upload it as an attachment. Thanks, just me.

Eat fresh garlic and onions daily and you won't have to worry about the
symptoms to any of these.

Well, I eat garlic and onions every day and I have a slightly runny nose. No worries, except my wife and eldest daughter have both come down with H1N1.

I don't think anyone can count on not catching a virus, no matter how careful they are. I do think that a healthy diet can limit the severity and duration of what one does catch.

If you're curious, I'll post again in a day or so, assuming I'm not sick as a dog.
