Potassium rich foods and Diabetes
According to a health newsletter from HSI's Dr Ferril - Sept '09 issue [just received]
foods hugh in Potassium are supposed to be of special benefit to Diabetics.
Foods mentioned are bananas, apricots, avocadoes, spinach, potatoes, meats and fish.
Supplementation w/extra Potassium is recommended too, as Diabetics lose alot of both Magnesium and Potassium from frequent urination.
