You kid but I'm sure my dad's already considered that possibility. He's always been a bit of a mad scientist. Now that he's retired ... look-out!

I think my point was that humankind has been given the ability to move, and could be more active, but as humans are also genetically lazy, things like very early farming methods, (to replace hunting and scavenging), and in the modern age Cars, have led to humankind largely foresaking a large amount of energy expenditure, (I.E. walkng), on a daily basis, because changes in society have pandered to humankinds lazy side, and thus more western people than ever are lazy.

Although it should be said increased health concerns are slightly reversing that, and that centuries of population increases would affect such figures.

I personally enjoy exercise. I train 5 times a week and wouldn't be without it, so I totally agree with you doing what you're doing, and applaud it
