for those posters having trouble getting around here

for those who are having trouble figuring out how to find new posts:

1. click NEW POSTS (to the right on the top navigation bar when you first go to natural med talk)
2. you will get a list of threads with new posts.
3. look under LAST POST. you will see the name of the poster that posted the last post. To the right of the name is a small arrowhead pointing right (>). actual image:
4. click on this arrow. This will take you right to the last post written by that person on the thread.

OR

1. click on QUICK LINKS (to the right of NEW POSTS on the navigation bar)
2. click on TODAY'S POSTS
3. look under LAST POST. you will see the name of the poster that posted the last post. To the right of the name is a small arrowhead pointing right (>). actual image:
4. click on this arrow. This will take you right to the last post written by that person on the thread.

Thanks Scorpio, that was helpful....but I've still got a gripe. I clicked JonB's post to the hypertension thread. It shows only his isolated post. You can't get the context of a post without being able to scroll back to the preceding posts. If we can't scroll back and forth, there should be buttons to show the previous and next post.

Iggy, it will jump right to the post... but if you scroll UP (towards the top of the page), you will should see the preceding post.

do you not see the preceding post if you scroll up?

what browser do you use?

Nope, I can't see the previous post.

Is it possible that the post you are viewing is the only post on this page? To view proceeding posts, you need to go to previous pages.
