Added a button for youtube video, you can find it above the edit box when create a post. Click the button and insert the video code into youtube tag, the video will be played inside the post.

For example: If you want to display the following video:
https://youtube.com/watch?v=qAAqQqoNecM

Insert the video code qAAqQqoNecM into the tags, it looks like (no space, I have to add the space, otherwise it will be displayed as video):
[YOU TUBE]qAAqQqoNecM[/YOU TUBE]

A new button for Google Video as well, works similarly.

e.g. For video https://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=1070329053600562261

The video code is 1070329053600562261
Click the Google button and insert the above code (no space):
[GOOGLE VIDEO]1070329053600562261[/GOOGLE VIDEO]

Ok, Got that down but I would like to know how people put videos in and instead of the video showing up on the page as above you get a headline, say, the name of the video or the main character in the video, and then you have to click on it to see it. Iggy does this all the time

Not sure if I understand your post. Maybe you can write the title or even a short description in the post, you should know it since you are sharing the video.

Maybe Arrow means a "Posh link"? Something like this (I added a space)

Misleading answer, correct but no one will type like that. We always select the text first, then click one of the those buttons.

Select the text you want to make them bold, click the button
Select the text you want to link, click the button
Select the video code, click the video button
...
