Default How to Safely Give P73 Oregano Oil to 4 Yr Old?

My kids run really high temperatures. Usually up to around 104.

Next time they start to look like they are coming down with the flu, I would like to be able to help them by giving them something that could kill the flu...something like P73 Oreganol.

Is there any way to safely give this to kids?

I am going to buy some regardless, for me. I'm not sure if I should buy it in the dropper format or gelcaps.

I'm just wondering if there was ever a situation where I needed to give it to my 4 yr old if he was coming down with the flu....if I should get the dropper format of oreganol instead.

If there is a safe way to give it to kids, how do you know how many drops to give them?

When my grandkids start showing signs of getting sick the first thing I do is up the vitamin C.. With winter months coming up, I will be getting a few boxes of Emergen-C.. One envelope of that a day will provide them with 1000 mgs of C... Grandson use to drink it as is, but because the other kids said it was yucky, he wont drink it unless I mix it in some juice. I will also be buying ear candles and cajeput oil (sister to tea tree oil from what i have been told.... Our routine is to do the ear candle, and then put a couple of drops of hydrogen peroxide in the ears and let it bubble for a few minutes..then let the ear drain as I repeat the process on the other ear.. I then rub the cajeput oil on the skin right below the ear... cajeput is an antibacterial oil, just like the oil of oregeno...it all seems to work, we seldom get sick over here anymore and if we do, its very minor.. I know alot of folks say that the ear candles dont work, but we have had nothing but success.
I wonder if you rub the oil of oregano onto the bottom of his feet right before bed if that would get enough into his system. I would also have to make sure that his skin isnt too sensitive to it, and that the oregano didnt burn or hurt him... the only way I could think of getting it down him, was to mix it into his food... but not sure if he would eat it if the food taste funny to him.... Im thinking putting it onto the skin will be your best bet

As the last response said, I always up the amount of vitamin c my kids get during the winter months. I do have some oregano oil, and i've given my 11-year-old it a few times when he's really sick. He's never had a problem with it. I give him the dropper format in a capsule, and only one or two drops with a glass of water. He doesn't like it much, because he said he burps up the taste.
