I know I've asked this before.. but I cannot find the threads.
What is a good mulitvitamin? what would you recommend? (I don't expect it to have everything.. but I think of it as more of a generic base, so you get what everyone needs with the multi, then add the supplements you need as an individual). ?? |

Hola, ST.
Here are a few iron-free options. The first one is a very basic one-a-day multi. I'll also include the two-a-day version - which is more potent. iHerb.com - Product Details - Twinlab, Daily One Caps, Without Iron, 90 Capsules iHerb.com - Product Details - Twinlab, Daily Two Caps, Without Iron, 180 Capsules These two multis contain a broader composition. NSI Synergy Once Daily Multi-Vitamin Version 3 -- 60 Capsules - www.Vitacost.com NSI Synergy Basic Multi-Vitamin Version 3 -- 60 Capsules - www.Vitacost.com All of these are lacking in calcium and magnesium. They could/should be taken separately. I'm currently using a higher-potency version. But, it does require a total of six capsules per day - three with breakfast and three with dinner. NSI Synergy 3000® Multi-Vitamin Version 11 -- 30 Servings -180 Capsules - www.Vitacost.com
