If it were me I'd try the pantothenic acid. You can remove the toxins from the feet but you are not so directly addressing the cause of the build up of uric acid and it will likely come round again.

start drinking pure cherry juice now, from what I have read, you should see an improvemnet by monday!!! I would go with the organic, no sugar or chemicals added cherry juice!

Right. Gout could also indicate that you have kidney problems which will not show up until major damage is done. Kidney damage is usually irreversible. You should see your doctor and have your creatine level checked. If you are developing chronic kidney disease, steps can be taken to arrest it. Also, what�s your prescribed medication? Mine is zyloprim. If you�re not prescribed it yet, ask your doctor about it. Helped me so far. Once prescribed, you can buy it on any local pharmacy in your area. Hope this helps.
