A while back, maybe a year or so ago, I felt this little hard ball on the top of my butt crack. Just recently when I started working out, it felt like I was laying on a pebble or something when doing crunches or bench press. I felt it and it got a bit bigger and there is another hard ball next to it. So they don't hurt or anything but I was wondering what do you guys think it could be? Cancer? And would a second one emerging mean it spread or something?

I don't know for sure what your is, but my dog has some small hard lumps around his body. The vet said they were just benign fatty tumors. He drew out a few cells to test with a needle, and they tested negative for cancer. You probably can't be sure unless you go to a doctor and have them tested.

It sounds like it could possibly be a pilonidal cyst and therefore needs medical attention. Do it before it gets big and save yourself a lot of grief.

It could be a pilonidal cyst. I had one a few years ago and it was awful. They are normally very painful. I am not sure if yours is one because you are not in pain but it could develop into one. My symptoms started like yours where I started noticing a weird feeling on the top on my butt when I was working out.

I would advise you to get it checked out with a doc just to be on the safe side.

Likely a cyst, unlikely to be any kind of Cancer.

These are not highly unusual, but can be real painful. Have a doctor look at it.

Yes you guys are right about seeing a doctor. I tried to make an appointment today but the office was already closed so my grandmother will make it for me early when I'm in school. Oh no I'm going to have to take my pants off! I am so embarrassed of things like this.
