This time of year most people are vitamin D deficient.

While it is possible your doctor checked your 25(OH)D level it's most likely that didn't get checked it's not a part of a normal blood test.

There are plenty of places you can buy 50,000iu D3 take ONE every 5 days from now until March then spread the dose out to one every 10days or use a 5000iu oilbased capsule.
I use Country Life, Vitamin D3, 5,000 IU about $10 for 200 but there are others.
I get mine from IHERB because their shipping to UK is cheapest.
You may find the same product cheaper elsewhere but if not $5 discount code WAB666 may help.

It sounds a bit like it could be depression so checking your sources of omega 3 may also be worth doing and making sure you are getting plenty of magnesium.
Dr Davis Heartscanblog has good information on magnesium/vitamin d intakes it's also worth searching his site for omega 3 recommendations.

You might consider adrenal fatigue a possibility. Seems like you have exercised a lot in the past. That is not a problem, but maybe you were also consuming energy drinks? Or more caffeine? Sodas? Too much sugar? Diet drinks (aspartame sugar substitute - very, very, very bad)?

All of that is too much stress for the adrenals. https://www.project-aware.org/Resourc...lfatigue.shtml

To help the adrenals, their most important nutrient is vitamin C. Second is pantothenic acid (B5). Third is adaptogenic herbs.

Vit D definitely and adrenal fatigue is a possibility. Could also be your one month lag and you came back too hard and are suffereing from overtraining. Go light for a week.

Hey Man, I do brazilian jiu jitsu and I trained MMA pretty intensely for over a year so I understand you.

I think I overtrained myself.. for years I was pushing myself obcessively to be the best fighter I could be.. and I loved it.. so I didnt know when to take a break.

Martial arts/MMA training is very very intense.. its very tough on your body and your nervous system.. much more so then any other type of exercise out there..

Its nothing like yoga or running or aynthing.. in MMA etc. your fight or flight resposnse is on full blast because not only are you exercising very intenssely, but your also on edge trying to protect yourself from people trying to hit you / choke you etc.

I think it can really ramp up your nervous system, and if your not careful it can off balance your nervous system and put in a semi-permanent sympathetic overdrive.

I think you need to take a month off MMA , get massages, rest, relax , forget about mma for a while and do some other things..

Do not go back until you feel normal again, even if it takes months. Then when you do go back, tone it down a bit and train in a more sustainable way.. otherwise you will cause yourself serious problems.

Yes, it is Ok. But I really question the Centrum vitamin. I would not use it.

You would be better off taking a B100 complex from Jarrow and something similar to this https://www.iherb.com/Nature-s-Way-Alive-Men-s-Multi-Vitamin-Mineral-90-Tablets/22527?at=0 for a multivitamin. Because you are so tired doubling up on the B vitamins will likely be to your advantage.

You may want to see a natuorpath who does Dark Field Live blood analysis.. I am wondering if you have obtained a microbe.. You may also want a blood test for epstein barr virus. Improving your nutrition may also assist you and add a blender shake of Jarrow whey mixed with Greens 8000. All available from Iherb.com

I absolutely agree. Centrum uses cheap stuff that the body cannot even use, such as magnesium oxide and zinc oxide.

Men should not supplement with iron at all, not even in a multivitamin. We have no way to discard it easily, unless you regularly donate blood.

I prefer this https://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Adam-...blets/380?at=0 But since I feel that multivitamins should not put some minerals and vitamins together in the same tablet, I also feel that I should supplement separately with some extras, like magnesium malate (or citrate), folic acid, B12, and vitamin C and D3. Also daily iodine.
