Tax man

A mugger in Washington DC steps up behind a well-dressed man points a knife at his back and say's "give me all your money". The man indigently replies you can't do this to me. Don't you know who I am? I'm an IRS agent.

The mugger pauses for a moment then says, "OK then give me back all my money".
