Arrowwind09: Wanted to pass this information along. Ordered "horsetail" from a company titled iHerb--it came from Nature's Way. I got to thinking how much silica is in this product; called the company and was told only TRACE AMOUNT. Did some digging and found that silica should be plant-based, standardized to contain 10-15% silica, and the standardized dose should be 300 milligrams three times daily. Am now looking to find the standardized amount required.
