What Am I doing wrong?
I have been wroking out lately. Like lifting weights, doing push ups. I have gotten stronger. I can do ten push ups with no problem now. I have gotten a little more muscles. But my arms... and stomach have gotten bigger. My arm widened a little. I make a fist and I feel the muscle underneath. My somach got a little bigger but I feel it harder. COuld it be that by gaining muscles I gt bigger? Like they grew underneath making me look heavier?
