Anyone believe there's a benefit of taking Beta-Sitosterol along with a Saw Palmetto/Saw Palmetto complex for prostate health?

Both Beta-Sitosterol and Saw Palmetto are good for the prostate but BS is far more effective in relieving benign prostate enlargement,along with zinc and pumpkin seeds.
