First, you have to wonder what this "plaque" is, and how did it get there?
This "plaque" is the result of toxins, caused either by heavy metals such as mercury, that can cross the blood/brain barrier and remain deposited in the brain, or this plaque may be the result of mycotoxins, which are excreeted by fungi.
Vaccines can cause both of the above.

This is not true.
Brain cells are cells, and any cell can be repaired if given what it needs.
