I do not know if that is a good idea or not. Possibly at lower doses.
Start at Half a drop dose. Mix a one drop dose and pour half of it out. See how you react to it before using more. It is quite potent and do not use a larger than one drop dose to start with. Neither one of us ever used more than a fifteen drop dose in a day. This was all I was comfortable using. Some people use more.
When I used it, I took it about one to two hours after a meal. This prevents stomach upset. I took it in the morning once on an empty stomach and felt queasy the rest of the day. I had no bad reactions other than that and no side effects that I can determine. I used it for six weeks at the longest. I would have used it longer if needed.
I do not have nay experience using it transdermally. I would like to know more about this delivery system, if anyone has any experience with this method.
This is just our experience with it. It is not medical advice, as I am not a health care provider.
It is experimental, so use at your own risk.

Hi Dan,
I too experienced stomach problems using oral mms (last November) which is why I have switched to transdermal application (I read about this method on another MMS or lyme website). You rub dmso cream onto your skin and then rub in the mms (already mixed with citric acid) on top; the theory is the dmso enables the mmx to be absorbed through the skin into deeper tissues/blood vessels.
I have been ill a long time with lyme (and possible co-infections) so I don't expect overnight miracles and am in this for the long haul.
Do you attribute your wife's improvement in symptoms to MMS?
thanks,
Shelley
