I bought 2 beautiful Spaghetti Squashes yesterday at my
local Farmer's Market! Only $1.00 each
Definitely cheaper than at the grocery store where
they're sold by the pound. :x
These Spaghetti squash are really great for anyone
doing the re-alkalyzing program.

Unfortunately, the tomato crop is about over, due to our early
