Big Pharma are assholes.

Method: GT brand Kombucha is back. My friend and I bought a bottle and noticed it tasted quite flat where the previous stuff would sometime practically explode out of the bottle.

Left the bottle half full (capped) at room temp for 6 hrs and opened it up. Just a very slight hint of pressure, where the previous stuff would basically bang.

Conclusions: The new stuff is crap. The old stuff was alive and active. If there was a real issue with alcohol , they could have sold it in beer stores. They (big pharma) wanted it off the market.
