I actually had salmonella about a month ago, but this was before eating raw eggs.. I got it while in japan from eating some meat or something not sure..

not fun, but it didnt kill me either so im not freaked out about it.
Eggs are chock full of nutrients.. apparently the Yoke is the best part though, and egg whites are not so great. They contain avidin which blocks biotin absorbtion in the body.. which is not good..
Im gonna keep eating raw eggs, but im gonna start cutting out the whites and just eat like 5-6 egg yokes every morning.. Here's an article about it,
