Default Vitamin supplements are largely a waste of money, says professor

Its newspaper articles like this that really infuriate me. Instead of actually telling people that certain vitamins/supplements in certain dosages are a no go and there are better alternatives they go for sensation to sell papers whilst largely being economical with the truth.

Notice Vitamin D is missing? As are minerals like Magnesium?

I should add that the Times is generally a good paper though. Just ask Wendy, she bought it every day almost during her stay here in England.
