The yogurt I am currently eating (Silhouette 0+) contains 'active bacterial cultures' is this the same as 'live active bacterial cultures'? Am I getting the good bugs from this?

According to this Canadian site, next to the Silhouette brand for active bacteria it says N/A, that doesn't sound good when instead of listing the cultures it states "not applicable".
I've been eating different yogurts for many years now, as a healthier alternative to regular snacks/desserts. I think that live and active are one and the same. I'm eating a Yoplait yogurt now, and it has the "Live and Active Cultures" seal on it, so I assume they're in there, but there none specified except "including L. Acidophilus".
The yogurt that I felt the best about was the Cascade Fresh brand. It tastes good, and is supposedly cultured in the individual cups. It lists the "Active 8" cultures:
I always wonder how healthy yogurt is because it seems to have a high sugar content. Is there a yogurt that isnt high in sugar?!
Hi MoveForward, welcome! The Yoplait I have in my refrigerator now has 27 grams of sugars in a 6 oz. cup. It lists sugar and high fructose corn syrup in the ingredients, so true, it's not very healthy, but in the big picture it's better for a snack than a doughnut, etc.
The Cascade Fresh brand uses fruit juice as a sweetener, which is another plus for the brand.

Why does Cascade Fresh use fruit juice as a sweetener instead of sugar?
Because its healthier and more natural. We have heard from many people who are sensitive to refined sugar that they do not react to the fruit juice sweetener in Cascade Fresh yogurt. Our fruit juice sweetener is made from peach, pear, pineapple and apple concentrate that has no added sugar. The sweetness comes only from the fruit. Our 6-ounce yogurts contain approximately three quarters of an ounce of fruit juice concentrate by weight, which is about seventy percent natural fruit sugar. This is half an ounce or about one tablespoon, considerably less sweetener than most other yogurt brands.

On their website, under "get fresh" locations, it looks like it's just in the United States. There's a chat/contact link you can click on though, maybe they can guide you.
