I was thinking about the fake butter Olivio. So many claim how healthy it is because it has olive oil. What about the fact that it still is artificial butter? I'm sure it can't be that good for you. Maybe its better than other spreads but I don't know. Do you trust it?

I don't really know this product, but I looked at the ingredients online. The first major oil is canola, which is not a good thing. I use Smart Balance, which has canola on the ingredient list, but it's further down so there's less of it.
The Smart Balance has 10mg less sodium per serving, so I think that's a good thing. There's other spreads at the store that are definitely worse than these two, you just have to read labels and compare. I don't use enough of it to measure my health by it.

I voted NO! Canola oil is not good for you at all. It contains small amounts of a toxin. One should use either real butter or olive oil (IMO) or extra virgin coconut oil.
When I was in el salvador, I was having a field day atthe gocery stores and then I saw mayonaise made with olive oil. I looked at the ingredients and it said soybean oil first. That means 1 drop of olive oil probably. In the states be wary of salad dressings that say made with olive oil. Olive oil is always second to soy oil or other oils.
I told my grandparents that Olivio is just another fake butter made in a laboratory. Their response is "oh my doctor told me it is very healthy because it is made with olive oil, and olive oil is healthy." Yeah, I understand olive oil is healthy, but what about everything else that is put into the margarine?
They are pretty close minded to think that it is so healthy. I understand butter is fattening but they rarely use it anyway. They put a bit on their potato and corn here and there, and my grandfather is doing everything to gain weight (he keeps losing weight, there is nothing to him).

Spidey, some older folks are just set in their ways, and nothing you say can change that. Also, they were raised to trust their doctors completely, and everything the doctor says is "bible" to them. Look at it this way, they don't use it very much, and it is healthier than some of the other junk they're selling on the store shelves out there.
