Bioflavanoids might be helpful, also stay away from dairy for awhile.

Thanks ! I started using one thing on one side, and another on the other, so if I don't totally confuse my body I'll see if something works! I figure I'll keep it up for a week and then try another.....there are lots of ideas on that web site.

I don't eat any dairy, so that must not be the reason....I think I'm just dying off here....this age thingy, it's the pits.!

Are you sure its Rosecea? Rosecea is a bacterial infection and requires strengthening the immune system and an antibacterial treatment. I would consider a Topical silver cream or topical and oral mms. If you try mms don't leave it on your face for more than 2 minuters, then rinse off. The treatment conventional doctors use mostly is doxicycline, 100 mg every day.. Veins coming out on the face are another matter most often due to constitutional stress and genetics, and often heart stress, vascular weakness. They make creams with Horsechestnut for that but I don't know if it works. Then there is a product called Vein Guard from www.iherb.com

And the winner is: Miconazole !!!

rash is gone, but I'll keep using it a few more days, as I guess it must have been bacteria..? probably from my runny nose..
