Default Cat with Pancreatitis

Hi,

My cat Jessie has had pancreatitis now for several months and I've tried many different remedies without much success. Two weeks ago I received the MMS and started to dose him with it. I was very cautious with this because I couldn't find any info on this condition and the MMS in humans let alone animals. Because he is in a weakened state I monitored him very closely noticing how he responded. I used one drop of solution watered down divided into 4 - as all of my cats have various ailments. I noticed that he developed a lesion in his belly area and stopped the MMS right away - thinking that perhaps it was too caustic for his body to process when the pancreas isn't functioning at full capacity.

I did stop it with him, and for the others as well till today when I started another round for 2 who developed an upper respiratory infection. I will see how that goes.

Anyone have any experience with the pancreas and MMS? I am very interested in finding out as much about this as possible. All other remedies have failed us and we could really use a miracle right now.

Default Feline pancreatitis in cats.

Sorry to here about your situation, I am in the same dire situation, and will probably have to put my cat down in three days, if he makes it that long!

It's just sad to browse the internet for help, and all you get are hucksters!! selling their scams, someday the web will be more human, then all business!

Milk Thistle and Burdock are recommended in this article.

Hi Merrick, I am NOT a doctor/vet, but the Milk Thistle makes sense to me. If it were my cat in this situation, I'd try the liquid tincture of Milk Thistle for sure, it can't hurt! I use the Herb Pharm brand that I buy at my local Vitamin Cottage store, but any brand will do!

Good luck and (((hugs))) to your furbaby.
