Krill Oil vs. BPH Testimonial
For the last several weeks, my dad's been taking 2 grams of krill oil per day - one gram with breakfast and one gram with dinner.
I recommended that he give this a try because he's been having to wake up several times a night - despite taking a "prostate formula" and an assortment of other nutritional supplements. My recommendation was based on a testimonial, from a member on another forum. So far, my dad has clearly detected a reduction in nighttime trips to the restroom and he's also noted an improvement in daytime issues - reduced frequency as well. He's pretty happy with the results. I'm hopeful that they'll continue and possibly even improve in the coming weeks and months.

Good to hear. I hope any previous worries he may have had will now go away.

I just wanted to update this thread.
My dad appears to still be benefiting from the krill oil - with regard to his nighttime bathroom visits. His PSA is also down a bit. I don't know if it's related to his krill oil usage but, it's a possibility. I just thought some of you might like to know and give it a try.
