Hey everybody,
I did some searching around on the forum prior to joining, and it seems there are a ton of knowledgeable people within the alternative medicine world here. My wife and I have been trying to break out of the traditional American lifestyle and diet for years as a result of health problems we've both experienced. I'm hoping to get some good info about alternative treatments for digestive problems and general lifestyle tips to improve overall quality of life. Blessings
