Excellent article Liverock, thanks! I'm a big fan of magnesium, I take citrate daily, Epsom salt baths for muscles and relaxation, mag oil for cramps, etc.

What an interesting article (the chill pill) Thanks for sharing. I am familiar with magnesium being responsible for muscle contraction and function, but never saw it as a vital brain health nutrient. I think this vitamin is the one of the hardest to overdose on, but has the worst possible symptom (sudden death)

I also want to point out that hemp seeds are a great source of magnesium along with an A to Z list of vitamins and minerals. It is a very underrated food and deserves more attention.
