I would like to share on blood-pressure reading that really worried me at one point, but seeing as I do not want to be included as a spammer, I will just quote the text from my personal site.

(Systolic/Diastolic/Pulse)
  1. 134/105/100
  2. 140/105/102
  3. 141/114/112
  4. 136/107/108
  5. 128/91/119
So now I have decided since it is hard to find a doctor. I have started taking the following vitamins / supplements.

  1. Milk Thistle Xtra 240 MG (2 Pills Twice a Day)
  2. Vitamin C w/ Rose Hips 500 MH (1 Pill a Day)
  3. Vitamin D 400 IU (1 Pill a Day)
  4. Vitamin E IU (1 Pill a Day)
I am unsure what the amount I should be taking, or if I should be taking anything else at the moment, but hopefully I will find out more when I go to see the doctor... in April. I have decided I will also inform the doctor I would like to go a different way, if possible... I do not want not narcotics be put in my system. As I believe these will only damage my body even more.

At the start of next month, as when I will completely stop drinking all together. I will be first starting a product I found online called 'Advanced Parasite Cleanse'. When that is done I will be ordering a 'Kidney Flush System'. Finally once these are done I will order 'Liver Detox Capsules'.

I was wondering what vitamins or supplements that I could possibly take to help with high-blood pressure? I already go for one or two 30 minute walks when the weather allows it.

Also if anyone has any other suggestions for supplements or vitamins, please feel free to share.

Niacin and magnesium are good for blood pressure.

Make sure your E is balanced; ie, mixed tocophenols (sp?)

Dump your table salt out and get a natural unprocessed salt. Salt is good for us when it's natural.

Thanks for the info. Yeah honestly I don't salt many of my meals / food. If my dad cooks then I am sure he does a little.
