Do you want to be a guinea pig? Then try the Impossible Burger made in a lab and including GMO ingredients. It will be 20 years until we really know the health effects but you can eat it now and roll the dice. Even worse is that they are going to reduce livestock and real meat as they see fake meat as a wonderful replacement. Real meat will slowly become less common and certainly more expensive just as they have done with organic foods. Oh, the horror!

I'll admit I enjoy a fake meat dish now and then, but nowhere near as much as I did a decade ago. Now knowing non-organic soy is GMO.

We don't eat meat, only fish, but we do eat some fake meat, like sausages, bacon, etc you can also get vegetarian cheese that are like most of the different types of cheeses you can buy

I was in Carl's Jr, for my favorite grassfed beef burger, and right up there the meatless burger....nope not me.

I won't eat the soy substitutes either.
