Best way to get vitamins/supplements besides pills
Hey.. so my digestive system is out of wack for some reason.. my poo's come out either dry and crumble apart or like hard little nuggets these days.
For a while I was taking tons of different supplements in pill/capsule form. Now ive backed off of that completely. I now believe its much healthier to get your nutrients from food/whole food sources, but if you take additional supplements to get them from tea's, liquids, sublinguals, and creams/gels on the skin. Much easier for the body to assimilate and it doesnt have to expend lots of energy digesting pills + unusual binding chemicals they put in them.
Anyone use such things? What are your favorite products?
Right now im using a liquid vitamin D daily, and a sublingual B12 every few days.. then im drinking Milk thistle, dandelion, burdock root, nettle leaf tea's.
Anyone know of some good , easily assimilated vitamins etc? I want to find a good liquid multi. For a while I was paranoid about taking in magnesium after rubbing mag oil on my body for a few weeks i came down with these weird dryness symptoms, but im thinking now it was probably unrelated. For a while I was trying not to take anything that had magnesium or electrolytes but now im back tracking on that.
I also want products with no gluten, corn, dairy, wheat, preservatives, or additional chemicals of any kind if possible.
