Borojo
Ever since I joined this forum I have been inspired to become healthier and seek out natural supplements and get away from conventional pharmaceuticals -
In my search I came across a supplement made from the borojo fruit that grows in Colombia - it's an anti-oxidant with huge amounts of polyphenols and minerals - but what I found, is that without any major changes, I dropped 30 pounds in the past 4 months, and mostly I think it has to do with increased energy.
Another plus, right now, everyone is sick around me, and me, I'm fine, and I usually get everything going around....
In Colombia it's taken as an aphrodisiac also, but I haven't put the husband on it yet... he's the next guinea pig

Haven't heard of this one. If one's energy goes up they often feel more in the mood. Let us know how it goes..... and good for you for taking on self responsibility.

Question for Marilyn27
Marilyn, what is that Borojo supplement and where can it be purchased?
I'd like to give it a try.
Thanks!

Earlybird, the supplement I started taking is capsules made by a company called Nutropical ( www.nutropical.com) - it is 100% natural borojo in concentrated form - It was the one that got my attention as it is the only one made in America.
You take 3 capsules a day, either all together or spaced out during the day - for me it works better all at once in the morning and it keeps me going, but not jittery at all.

Thanks, Marilyn. It's less expensive than I expected.
I'll tell my one daughter about it too. She complains of lack of energy & has had trouble losing 20 lbs
even tho she walks & exercises daily.

Right, update!
Husband has been taking the borojo capsules as well and we have certainly noticed a difference! Definitely more energy, and as Arrowwind09 mentioned above, when there is more energy....
Earlybird, did you and your daughter try it?

Thanks Marilyn. These wiki things are so handy. I haven't figured out how to do this yet.

Borojo
I've been taking Borojo for over 1 month now, but for all the nutrients it has in it & for possible weight loss.
Can't see any difference in weight but I don't ever feel hungry. I take one after each meal - 2 meals a day.
