Default Trace Minerals?

So this is one subject I have yet to learn much about.. Trace Minerals..

Ive seen a couple liquid trace mineral bottles at the health food store.. been thinking about it..

So these are naturally occuring minerals that our bodies need in trace amounts that used to be in the soil but no longer due to industrial farming?

What can defiencies in these trace minerals do to us? and can we test our levels? Can you overdose on them?

Seems like a lot of them are unusual metals and such, some of them even sound dangerous like germanium etc. ? are they totally safe?

Do any of you take them, and can we all absorb them properly without side effects through our digestive systems? what if we have digestive problems?

Unrefined Sea salt, or Celtic salt, has everything you need. Trace means minuscule. Don't worry about unwanted metals. In sea salt, they are well balanced. Don't even bother to buy supplements for this. https://curezone.com/foods/salt/

Hmm good to know! I use himilayan pink salt.. and i have celtic sea salt too although I dont use it as much..

Here's a few trace minerals that show deficiency symptoms and benefits:

Copper, dose 2 milligrams, deficiency in children shows as iron-deficiency anemia, edema, kwashiorkor, weakness, impaired respiration and skin sores. Benefits - helps anemia by forming hemoglobin, and is useful in treating edema and kwashiorkor.

Iodine, dose 130mcg for men and 100mcg for women, deficiency shows goiter characteristics by thyroid enlargement and hypothyroidism. A tid bit for your information. Himalayan salt is pink due to the copper content. This is why the salt lamps have such a pretty pink hue.
