I have to laugh as I agree with both of you! In fact I was thinking this morning
as I began my daily pill taking routine, "Yuck! Another day and another zillion pills
to take!" Before any food, first is iodine in 2oz of water, then immediately more
water to further dilute iodine, with 2 tiny probiotic pearls, 2 magnesiums, 3 Sweet
Wheats, 3 Green Tea Phytosomes, 2 Vit C. Then a trip to the potty to empty the
bladder.
The Nattokinase, CoQ10, D3, Vision supplements and a bunch more after I eat
breakfast, etc..... These, except for the D3, I take every other day.
But it beats the alternative - Big Pharma pills, plus any need for Medicare
Supplemental Ins. No doughnut hole to worry about either.
