swelling kidney

I am having pain in stomach and pelvic region.
I got a UltraSonography done

the report says -
Mild fullness of pelvicalyceal system in right kidney'
minimal free fluid in pelvis

What does it indicate? my doctor said i just need to drink lot of water and no need of medicine
