Ive started taking mms . How long after can i have something to eat after taing it? also does smoking weed interfear with it?

I normally take mms then have a cup of tea and sometimes spliff.

Spliff? what is that.

Smoking weed will not interfere. But I would not want to be stoned if you took too much mms which most everyone does eventually


I usually take it one to two hours after a meal. I have not done well taking it on an empty stomach or just with tea after.
