The more I study into this topic the less sure I am.
They have been building underground bases that go deep into the earth for a long time now... I think the Cabal is fully aware of the the earth changes coming and they want to survive it too... Only Cabal and those aligned with cabal with be allowed underground into these facilities.... when they come out agenda 21 will rule and there will be a one world government...

for the rest of us it may be an ascension process... through genetic reconstrution of DNA to three strands. that will enable you to take conscious control of your light body.

Maybe you need to understand more about what ascension is. Your whole link is about ascension for in order for mankind to move out of what he is in he needs to dynamically change and understand the light body and start consciously and actively using it.. as your link says. its ALL ABOUT ASCENSION my dear!

My task it to find out all the possible ways it could happen, all the possible interferences and how to contend with it so that ascension still occurs no matter what one may be facing.. so that you will know what to do, how to meet the energy.. and take the appropriate action.

Yes the dumbing down of America is working quite well.
We are told we need to spend ever increasing amounts of money so that the schools can provide the only the best education possible. Yet starting in the 1900�s by design school curriculums were slowly changed to allow lower standards. The long term goal of those in power was that there should be two cases of people, the elite and the workers� because the uneducated individual is much easier to control. The uneducated person can easily be told, and will believe, how lucky they are to have a dull boring job, and that they must not question authority.

They tell us what they are doing but how many are listening?

A more interesting date would be 11/11/11. A palindrome. A series of ones means change and unity, according to a psychic reader that I knew. Ones series began to bother me in my 20s. Now in my 60s, I still witness this incredibly much. I wake up at 1:11 occasionally. I'll be getting in bed and look at the clock - 11:11 frequently. I'll be working on my computer and just happen to check the clock after hunger growlings in my stomach - 11:11. And so on. I can't believe that it means change and have no concept of why I need more unity or will experience any. I however do not believe in coincidents of this nature. It's got to be more than coincident. It is just a surprise to me that this happens as frequently as it has for 40 years.

Anyway, back to the subject. I believe that personal and mass transformation can be achieved through mass or communal prayer, meditation, chanting, etc. Although, I think such global change would be too subtle to notice and only of a personal nature.

Another interesting palindrome would be 12/12/12, as millions seem to be preparing for significant events to occur around Dec 23, 2012. I'm not entirely convinced, but still anticipating. The Mayan calendar date as well as mystical events could easily have been misinterpreted.

They say Jesus Christ reached ascension in his 33rd year, that is 3 x 11.

The bible is full of this numbers stuff and the old testament, the Talmud has coding to teach about the numbers in the actual genetic code. There are talmud scholars who say it is there.

Anyway, what is meditation and prayer for? It is a process to consciouly recreate your reality.. It utilizes the higher chakra system which when activated can alter the genetic code within your own body.. if only of a fraction of a percentage... world avatars like Christ and Budda, and even lessor teachers have activated some of that "junk" DNA which is why they have the powers that they do.... it is all part and parcel of the acension process. To actually ascend takes a whole lot of activation... but ascenion is not limited to earthly beings... the process continues on after death.

I do not think in concept that a one world government would be a bad thing as long as the people involved in it have a balanced mind, heart and spirit with clarity of intent that will benefit all with compassion and localities do not loose jurisdiction of their own back yards... as is happening in the UK, and here to a different degree.

These things I do not leave to the united nations, nor their minions, at least in this point in time. They are controlled by the dark Cabal who wears many masks of deceoption and they are adept at mass brainwashing...

Same here jfh with looking at the clocks at 11:11. I never noticed this until I heard it mentioned on the coast to coast radio show a long time ago, by either Art Bell or George Noory, I don't remember which.

What I was referring to was the use of mass or group prayer and meditation -- in groups of people. What was I thinking? Meditation is only practiced in individuals, not mass. However, it should work the same as group prayer. Imagine what that will do when the world is concentrating on the same thing at the same time.

Numerology has been popular for a at least a couple thousand years in the middle east and still is quite popular. One story is that the Hebrew name for Nero worked out to be 666 in numerology.

One world government? Maybe if it can remain secular and still maintain spiritual values upon which everyone could agree. But I think that kind of agreement would be difficult. So, I don't think it will happen in my lifetime.

The one world government as it is talked about today has very little to do with raising spirituality.

However mass prayer/meditation or whatever you want to call it does appear to work. Originally on Coast to Coast Art Bell started doing mass consciousness experiments. He would ask listeners to pray/meditate for rain in a drought area or reduce the strength of a hurricane, etc. It worked! But he stopped because of fear of not knowing how to precisely control it or what the side effects might be.

When George Noory took over he also has done a few experiments with his listeners and has seen similar results.

Obviously our minds are much more powerful then many might assume. And when a large group starts working on a problem results will follow.

Seems Bell needs more spiritual training. It is all in the intent. There would be no bad effect if the intent was clear of what the outcome should be and all particpants should be informed of the intent.
