\n Yet an AP article in today�s paper notes that Bachmann won and that Perry has now entered the race. But strangely, or should I say predictably, not a word about R.P.

\r\n \r\n Ron Paul must not have spent enough on the air conditioned buses, food, and entertainment. He did not buy the votes. Bachmann had 40 buses. She spent a lot of money. After all, Rupert Murdock gave the RNC 1.2 billion for the candidates campaigns. Now, corporations are not limited to the amount of $$ they can contribute.

\nIt is like American Idol. You can always tell who the producers are pushing. Best lighting, best sound, best camera action, best stories.

\nRon Paul has never been able to get enough press. He is too extreme on both sides of the fence between liberal and conservative. It was his followers that started the Tea Party, then they seemed to have abandoned him.\r\n

\nI dont know about Ron Paul. I would vote for him in a heartbeat but he does not know how to run a campaign. Sometimes I think he really doesn\'t want to be president. In the USA if you cant make a big flash and splash you get ignored.... seems he would have figured that out by now\r\n

\n I�m sure he is aware of that and so is the media and it appears that the media is terrified he might do just that. From what I have been reading they are working to keep his splash to a minimum. First they ignored that Bachmann had a very narrow victory over him. Then there were comments like �we all know he can�t win� We do? Really! Who are these experts?

\n It has also come out that Bachmann used a bunch of her campaign money to literally buy many of her winning votes. Of course the MSM hasn�t quite picked up on that yet.\r\n

Houston is (maybe was) one of the biggest sanctuary cities in the US... He bad mouth obama and refused the bailouts, but then got pissed when obama didnt declare texas a national disaster and send up money.... Im thinking he is playing two sides of the fence...and Im sure if we take some time, we can keep finding stuff that shows he is trouble for all of us... \r\n \r\n He is an excellent panderer, and I don\'t mean in the sexual way. He will tell any audience what they want to hear. Later he will publicly change his statement. Not just say it is a misquote (lie) or spin (though he does that well too).

\nWhat I don\'t get is how he has won so many elections. I\'ve only been in TX since 2007, but I can clearly tell that it is a very red state. It was not always that way. People will vote GOP no matter who is campaigning.\r\n
